Oh, Yoko

I lost my favorite pair of vintage sunglasses when I was in Los Angeles and wanted to find comparable alternative to them. They were round, black, goggle-like and made me feel like Yoko Ono.

I scrambled to Barneys, Harputs Union, Azalea, and every suggested store you could imagine. Nothing was inspiring and all of it just seemed like the same wayferer design.

After searching all the web stores that had a decent selection of sunnies, I settled on these Karen Walker ones. I'm pretty pleased. Surprisingly enough, they were less then $200, which is totally affordable in my budget. I'm even thinking of getting them in the tortoiseshell color even though I've been shopping much more carefully lately and getting two of the same seems smart stupid. Oh, yes. The shipping was free. Score!!!
