Great interview from Ian Svenonius for Soft Focus. I meet Ian briefly when he dj'ed at Donuts a while back ago. I was concerned that telling him that his music was the music of my childhood would weird him out or embarrass him, but he was stoked and gracious enough to give me a hug. Awesome guy.
Here he interviews Genesis P-Orridge, who talks about TG's reformation, Psychic TV and even fashion.
I love how he makes the distinction between TG being a band about anguish and animosity, where as Psychic TV is about humor, fun and joy. The interview is a great exchange between two very talented, brilliant and intelligent people.
