I wouldn't blame them because her hair is that amazing. In Japan, there are no rules, only expectations (boys wear long skirts, girls wear extravagant costumes, yet, everyone wears the latest in designer wear and are expected to out do each other). But with this girl, she doesn't even care about any of those expectations. This isn't a costume and it isn't over-the-top. It's clearly just punk rock.
